Yucky Day

Well I've been feeling under the whether these past few days. I woke up this morning to get ready for work and starting feeling horrible!!!! So despite the fact that I am blessed to have my job, I had to call out sick today (not the first time). I'm scared I'll lose my job because I hear that they are suspending and laying people off left and right. It's really scary, especially since I have so many bills to pay for. I hope it all works out and that I get better soon.

Crazy Life

So I've been incredibly busy and haven't had time for anything. I've fallen behind in school and work is getting a bit overwhelming. Between juggling all that and my personal life, it's not easy. I have also started going to some casting to become a model and it's really not easy at all. I actually received an e-mail informing me that I was chosen to be in a Spanish television show. It's pretty exciting but at the same time I don't think i can handle anymore on my plate. UGH!!! Well I just finished my proposal for English and I'm pretty tired. I'll let you know how it all goes. My Favorite Author

So the presentations were good and entertaining. My favorite author is Edgar Allan Poe just because I have always been fascinated with his writing technique. His life was very sad and he endured a lot of heartache and pain. He seems to have suffered greatly with the loss of women he cared about. In middle school I remember learning about him and the stories he wrote. Most of them were related to events of his life and although there are authors who write about their life, none can compare to Poe, in my opinion of course.
